Mahima Indian Bistro is the highest ranked South Indian/North Indian and Indo Chinese Restaurant in Missouri city, Texas since 2012. Bringing recipes of authentic Indian food while capturing the essence of the traditional Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine as well, the team at the Mahima has crafted an ample number of dishes; tried to design a menu that is authentic as well as innovative for our guests. Our Chef/Owner Mr. Poulose ( Sabi ) is considered as the “God Father” of Indian cuisine and has created world-class Indian /Indo-chinese cuisine with a variety of choices for our guests.
Chef Poulose ( Sabi ) is well trained with more than 25 years of cooking experience and also holding a Professional degree from U.S based Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary arts.He defines his cuisine as a combination of cultures ,cooking techniques and cleanliness. We are very proud to say that Mahima Indian Bistro is the one and only Indian restaurant in Missouri city,Texas that has won the Clean Restaurant Award 10 times straight since it’s beginning. Our restaurant is well known for its hospitality ,cleanliness and authenticity. It’s more than food,it’s an experience.
